Orders and delivery
Where do you deliver?
We currently deliver all products to the UK, USA, Canada and the following European countries:

Why has my order got two postage charges?
Because your goodies are coming from two different places.
Our t-shirts, hoodies, mugs, and tote bags and are printed on demand by our print partner, Gelato. Nothing sits in a warehouse: your item is printed after you order, at a print house close to you, and shipped straight from there. It's better for the planet and it means your tee hasn't spent six months folded in a box.
Our signed polaroids, signed A4 prints and Bits and Bobs (keyrings, enamel pins and friends) are packed by us, by hand, in the UK.
So if your basket has both kinds, it ships as two parcels from two places, and each parcel has its own postage. You'll see both charges at checkout before you pay, so there are no surprises later.
Top tip: postage is worked out on the weight of each parcel, so adding another item to the same kind of parcel costs far less than placing a second order.
Will my two parcels arrive together?
Probably not. They leave from different places, so they'll turn up on different days. You'll get a separate tracking email for each.
How long will delivery take?
Signed items and Bits and Bobs, UK: we dispatch within 2 working days (usually 1), then Royal Mail Tracked 24 or Tracked 48, whichever you choose at checkout.
Signed items and Bits and Bobs, USA: we dispatch within 2 working days, then 5 to 8 business days with International Tracked.
Printed items: 2 working days to print, then 5 working days for delivery. Made to order means a little patience, but it's worth it.
Is my order tracked?
Yes, every parcel. Your tracking link arrives by email as soon as each parcel is on its way.
Will I pay extra customs or import charges?
UK orders: no. There are no customs/import charges.
USA orders: No. Any US import duty is worked out and added at checkout, so there's nothing extra to pay when it arrives.
Can I change or cancel my order?
Email us quickly at shop@anitapiss.com. Printed items go into production fast, so once printing has started we can't stop it, but we'll always do our best.
The signed stuff
Is it really signed by Anita?
Yes. Every signed polaroid and signed print is signed by Anita herself, in actual pen, with her actual hand. No stamps, no printed signatures, no assistant doing a convincing impression.
What makes the signed polaroids special?
They're original instant photographs from Anita's own shoots of the looks she wears on RuPaul's Drag Race UK Season 8. Each shoot has a limited number of polaroids and every frame is a different photograph. You choose exactly which one you get. When an edition sells, it's gone for good. Nobody else owns these pictures and they've never been published anywhere else.
Can Anita write a personal message on my print?
On signed A4 prints, yes. Please use the 'Order Notes' section at checkout to add a personalised message for Anita to scribble. Some checkouts don't have an order notes section. If you weren't able to add a message, please email any special message request to shop@anitapiss.com.
Buying more than one signed print? There's one Order Notes box per order, so tell us which message goes on which print.
Anita keeps the final say on wording. If a request isn't something she's happy to put her name to, we'll get in touch before anything is signed.
Sizing and care
How do your clothes fit?
Our tees and hoodies are a unisex fit. There's a size guide at the bottom of the page. If you're between sizes and like a bit of room, size up.
How do I look after my merch?
Wash clothing inside out at 30 degrees, skip the tumble dryer and never iron directly over the print. Mugs are dishwasher safe. Polaroids and prints like to be kept out of direct sunlight, so frame them somewhere fabulous but shady (just like Anita)
Returns and refunds
Can I return something?
Yes. If you change your mind, tell us within 14 days of your order arriving, then send the item back unused within 14 days of telling us. We'll refund you within 14 days of getting it back.
My item arrived damaged or wrong. What now?
Sorry about that. Email shop@anitapiss.com within 7 days of delivery with your order number and a photo, and we'll sort out a replacement or a refund.
About the shop
Is this official merch?
It's official Anita Piss merch, run by Anita's own team, and every penny supports Anita. It isn't official RuPaul's Drag Race merchandise, and the show doesn't endorse it.
